By using the Gardenwise Design & Consulting website or services, you agree to the following terms.

Nature of Services

Gardenwise provides garden design and consulting services, including site evaluations, planning guidance, and written or visual recommendations. All services are advisory in nature unless otherwise stated in writing.

Gardenwise does not provide engineering, architectural, irrigation design, construction, pesticide application, or permitting services.

Project Review and Acceptance

Submission of an inquiry or questionnaire does not guarantee services. All requests are reviewed prior to acceptance. Gardenwise reserves the right to decline projects that are not a good fit.

No Guarantees

Garden outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including weather, soil conditions, maintenance practices, material availability, and contractor execution. Gardenwise makes no guarantees regarding plant survival, performance, or results.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate site information

• Obtaining permits or approvals if required

• Hiring and managing licensed contractors when applicable

• Implementing recommendations at their own discretion

Payments and Scheduling

All Gardenwise services begin with a paid Starter Garden Consult unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment is required before scheduling a consult. Invoices are issued after project review and acceptance and must be paid in full prior to confirming appointment dates.

Intellectual Property

All design concepts, plans, sketches, documents, and written materials remain the intellectual property of Gardenwise Design & Consulting unless otherwise agreed in writing. Materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or resold.

Limitation of Liability

Gardenwise is not liable for damages, losses, injuries, or costs resulting from the use or implementation of recommendations. Clients assume full responsibility for decisions made based on consulting guidance.
