Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice at no charge, subject to availability.

Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled consult may result in forfeiture of the consult fee.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of the consult fee.

Weather and Site Conditions

Outdoor consults may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather or site conditions at Gardenwise’s discretion.
